Returns Policy
We want you to love the chai, but we know things happen.

1. Tea & Ingredients (The LP, Samples, Jaggery)
Because these are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns if the packet has been opened, for hygiene reasons.

• If the packet is unopened and sealed, you can return it within 14 days for a refund.
• If there is a problem with the quality of the tea, please email us immediately so we can fix it.

2. Merchandise (Tins, Coasters, Spoons)
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return these items for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

How to Return
Email us at hello@chaiandchunes.co.uk with your Order Number and we will give you the return address. You are responsible for the return postage cost unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
